CONGRATULATIONS to D S Karate TKD newest black
belts. On December 17, 2011, Matt Payne and Hans
Doerr received their 1st Degree Black Belt after performing
blocks, punches, and kicks, forms, weapons,
self-defense, sparring and board breaking.
D S Karate TKD is a member of USA Taekwondo, which is
the National Governing Body for Taekwondo in the United
States of America. As such, this club is also affiliated with
the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), the sole
representative of the USA to the International Olympic
Committee.
We are also an AAU Club member. The AAU Taekwondo
Program is open to athletes of all ages and abilities.
Athletes may participate in Novice, Intermediate,
Advanced, and Black Belt divisions in Forms,
Olympic-style Sparring and Point Sparring. The AAU
Taekwondo Program offers professionally run
competitions for practitioners of all styles of traditional
Taekwondo, including Tangsoodo Moo Do Kwan.
